Story
The first acquisition I was involved in for The Hydraquip Group was a traditional pipework business called Salmons Southwater. In 2010 , based on the company’s strengths a 5 year business plan was put into place which has successfully grown the annual turnover from £100,000 to £1million forecasted for 2019. Hydraquip are able to provide fresh thinking and new ideas for companies, whilst also adopting the business’ existing strengths and applying them to the rest of The Hydraquip Group in order to benefit customers nationwide. Hydraquip operate a one system philosophy allowing staff and branches to view and share information, working together to achieve the same goal. Hydraquip’s Job Manager portal and app were created for customers to have more control and easier access to the information and scheduling of their service jobs. This has helped Hydraquip to retain existing customers as well as attracting new customers to grow and strengthen the group year on year.
